In addition to our weekly ministries, we provide special events throughout the year. Vacation Bible School Summer Vacation Bible School provides kids a great place to bring their friends to learn about God and have loads of fun. Our VBS for the summer of 2011 will be the Big Aple Adventure! Experience the excitement of the big city with music, teaching, games and crafts. For kids 4 years through just finishing 6th grade. Kids entering grades 4 through 6 will not want to miss out on CAMA (Christian and Missionary Alliance) Camp. This fun filled week takes place at Millersylvannia State Park outside of Olympia. Halloween alternative :: Kids Fall FestThis event is on Friday evening, Oct. 28, 2011 from 6:00-8:45 PM, it is a great time of fun for the family. We have food, carnival games, and a bouncy toy to play on, followed by entertainment and a gospel message. Invite your friends to accompany you to this fun harvest party! Children must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that costumes not be scary and no face masks please. Christmas Program The 2011 musical Christmas program will be performed on Thursday & Friday, December 15th and 16th at 7:00 PM. Children in 1st-6th grade are eligible to participate in the choir. Our preschool choir will also be performing. All friends and relatives are invited to watch the evening's performance. Click here for more info. |
