One Church, Two Locations

One Church-Two Locations Lighthouse has a high purpose: "to be a Christ-centered community, active in producing more and better disciples. We want to be a part of growing the Kingdom of God in our community." That means that we are purposeful about growth. Our leadership believes that there must always be room at Lighthouse for you to invite a friend who doesn't know Jesus or who needs a church home. Lighthouse should always be asking how to keep reaching out with His love to those around us. That's why we established a satellite campus in the Gem Heights area of South Hill. It's known simply as our "Gem Heights Campus."  Essentially, this satellite campus is a Lighthouse worship service at another location. It is, literally, Lighthouse at Gem Heights. It's why we say that we have "one church at two locations."  The Gem Heights campus allows us to grow without purchasing more land and building bigger buildings. The Gem Heights Campus has a campus pastor, Brett Latin, who serves there each week, a live worship band, full children's ministry, and a hospitality ministry and even adult classes. In other words, it has all the elements you would expect from one of our services here at the main campus.    Bottom line: The Gem Heights Campus is still Lighthouse.
