CHANGE IS COMING...

We are excited to announce that soon the sign in process for Children's Ministries will undergo a major change!  All children aged infant through sixth grade will be signed in for their classes using touch screen computer stations throughout the building.  This is a very significant change which should improve both the security and the efficiency of the registration and sign in procedures.  Please take a moment to read over the information below to become familiar with this new process!

WHY ARE WE CHANGING CHECK-IN SYSTEMS?

  • The computerized system will be more efficient and effective than our current system allowing us to better meet the needs of our growing congregation and Children's Ministries.
  • We will have increased security for the safety of the children as children up to age fourth grade will only be released to persons authorized by their parents or guardians to pick them up.
  • Children will have the same paging number from infancy to sixth grade allowing parents to be summoned whenever needed and cutting down on confusion due to changing paging numbers.
  • Fifth and sixth graders will enjoy an added level of independence as they are able to check themselves in on the system and will be dismissed after service on their own.

WHEN WILL THE NEW SYSTEM GO INTO USE?

  • Families will be invited to begin using the computer check-in stations for elementary aged kids only starting at services on July 12 and 13.
  • Two weeks later, at services on July 26 and 27, the computer check-in stations will be used for all kids aged infant to 6th grade.
