2. Login to e-Survey
3. You'll see several categories each with many options.
4. Note that each category fits the S. H. A. P. E. model.
5. Mark the box next to the categories which best fit you.
6. Mark the boxes next to the specific descriptons which reflect your gifts.
7. Submit your survey. It will be attached to your personal profile in the Servant database.
