If you are already on a weight loss program, or if you tried and failed; if you are doing well with weight , but have other eating issues; or just not sure where to begin, please join with other to discover healing in this area. 

Lose it for life is a personal plan to maintain a weight management lifestyle. It is a class created by Stephen Arterburn of New Life Ministries about changing the how you think, feel and act. Lose it for Life is where biblical, spiritual, and emotional issues are key to physical transformation.

Lose it for Life classes are changing. Starting this fall the format for Lose for Life will be different. Instead of using the Lose it for Life material from the Christian Communications Network, we will be using the original LIFL book and workbook. We will not be viewing a weekly video; therefore there will be more time for discussion and
reviewing homework.
