Revival or Captivity - Class 1

Minor_Prophets-1 2 Kings 15-20, 2 Chronicles 26-32 – 5 weeks

This dynamic four-week course from our Kings and Prophets Series will have a major impact on your walk with the Lord. We'll watch God raise up a Gentile threat (Assyria) to Israel as its kings continue the spiritual descent begun by Jeroboam -- compromising with idols and refusing to repent at the warnings of prophets Elijah and Elisha.

A Love That Will Not Let Me Go -  Class 2

Minor_Prophets-2Hosea – 5 weeks

Hosea was the last prophet to the Northern Kingdom of Israel before they were taken captive to Assyria. He cried out to a nation caught up in harlotry, a nation which chose to abandon God and go after pagan idols. In Hosea you can learn how God deals with those who turn away from Him and about a love that will not let you go.

Understanding the Anger of God -  Class 3

Minor_Prophets-3Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk – 6 weeks
These were the last prophets to the Southern Kingdom of Judah before Judah was taken captive to Babylon. Each prophet cried out to a nation which needed to heed the Word of the Lord about judgment. Any nation, Assyria or Judah, which chose to worship idols rather than God, would be judged by God unless they turned to Him in repentance, but God would warn them first.

These three prophets will teach you how God deals with those who turn away from Him and how He gives a warning to turn to Him rather than perish.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly -  Class 4

Minor_Prophets-42 Kings 21-25; 2 Chronicles 33-36; Zephaniah – 8 weeks

In this last course of our Kings and Prophets Series, you'll see worsening religious and political conditions in Judah. The final chapters of 2 Kings and 2 Chronicles introduce us to the last kings of Judah - one the best since King David ("the Good"), the other the worst Judah ever had ("the Bad").

When God brings the Babylonians in to judge Judah and Jerusalem for their sins, everything gets really "Ugly." Study hard and you'll learn how God can keep you when your life combines "the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly."
