Awana (begins August 29, 2017)

Awana (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) is our midweek ministry to kids ages three years (potty trained) through 12th grade. We meet most weeks from August to May on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We offer a fast-paced, fun-filled night which incorporates a high energy game time, a large group teaching segment, and a small group Scripture reciting time. Each Awana night has a theme that kids can get excited about and participate in.

The typical Awana year here at Lighthouse sees an average of 200 kids pass through the halls each week. Awards are earned and given based on scripture memory and lesson work.
