Strong Marriages Mentor Training

Marriage Mentor Training is for couples interested in learning how to walk alongside other couples, providing guidance and encouragement for a period of one year, meeting about twice each month.

Our training will be led by Everett and Kim Kvamme, Paul and April Moffett, and the Marriage Mentor leadership team. This training is for married couples as well as pastors and ministry leaders who want to learn how to begin a Strong Marriages mentoring ministry at their church.

Pastors and alumni are welcome to attend for free. Couples may attend for $125 per couple. This fee covers lunch and training materials.

New study for couples: Grace Filled Marriage

Grace Filled Marriage by Tim and Darcy Kimmel explores the daily reality of a life lived out with a commitment to treating our spouse the way God treats us - with grace. Invite Jesus along for this journey of marriage and let His grace weave its way through your hearts, dreams and memories. Whether you have a good marriage or one in need of help, you simply cannot do it in your own power. The best part is that as we focus on extending grace to our spouse, the love and intimacy we so desire will naturally follow. God’s grace will prove to be sufficient all the way.

Sundays at 9:00am in Room 321
September 22 - November 24, 2019
Led by Dave & Shelley Lagergren

Our prayer for your marriage is that you come to know Christ intimately, find great joy in your relationship, and share God's love and gospel with others. God's desire is for His Word, the Bible, to transform our lives in every area, including our marriages and families. God wants His best for you in your marriage. Thanks for letting us partner with you as you continue to grow in Him.

The purpose of Marriage Ministries is to equip, educate, and inspire couples to live with Christ as the center of their marriage and family; creating covenant marriages that reach others for Christ.

We envision couples:
  • growing closer to each other and God
  • serving others and reaching out to the lost
  • healed and renewed
  • walking along more experienced couples

From engaged couples to those in their golden years, we encourage every couple to continually improve their relationship by setting a goal to participate in at least one marriage growth opportunity a year.
