Table Captains are responsible for training the volunteers at their tables how to pack the meals at the start of each shift. Table Captains encourage their team and ensure that they have everything they need. Table Captains will be the points of contact for event staff for any needs during the event. Table Captains will clean and prepare their assembly line after each shift. Everybody will have the opportunity to sample the meals we will be packing.

Family-friendly opportunity! 100 people per shift to measure out ingredients, assemble and seal meal packets.

Greet and register volunteers. Distribute hand sanitizer and hair nets. Direct volunteers to their packing tables. Help with the flow of volunteers, ensuring that each table has approximately 10 packers. Keep packing areas clean during shifts.

Join the support team

Replenish ingredients throughout your shift, moving ingredients from staging areas to packing tables. Need to be able to lift 50 pounds.

Move packed boxes from tables to designated pallets. Need to be able to lift 35 pounds. Stack boxes on pallets and wrap for transport.
